(KSL News) A terrible collision this afternoon in Sandy has killed one person.
It happened at 165 East 106th South. At about 4:00 this afternoon, police say a black SUV that was going westbound drifted into the opposite lane of traffic and struck a pick up truck heading east.
The driver of the SUV was killed. The driver of the pick-up truck was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
106th South was closed for several hours after the crash.
