(KSL News) A man accused of kidnapping a 7-month-old baby is scheduled to be in court today for his initial appearance.
Travis Plumb faces charges of child kidnapping and assault.
Prosecutors say Plumb was driving on the freeway with the baby's mother when he attacked her and forced her out of the car. He then drove off with the baby in the back seat.
The baby was found unharmed a few hours later.
