WEST WENDOVER — The young man accused of killing a teenage girl from West Wendover in March has now implicated his fiancée in the murder.
Kody Patten went to a court hearing Wednesday on the charge he killed 16-year-old Micaela Costanzo.
The Elko Daily Free Press reports Patten's attorney told the judge he had a recording of Patten's fiancée, Toni Fratto, implicating her in the murder. The attorney turned the tape over to an investigator in the courtroom
Prosecutors say Patten has confessed to the murder.
