(KSL News) -- Water officials say one Utah County city has reached its maximum development.
Horrocks Engineers just finished surveying the growth in American Fork. They say the city needs to stop further development, or find alternative water sources.
American Fork is on the verge of adding another 18- hundred homes just south of the current boundary lines.
City officials are considering drilling more wells or building a water treatment plant.
