DRAPER -- Friends of Apa Sherpa celebrated Tuesday night his recent climb of Mount Everest.
The Draper resident ascended Everest for the 20th time last month -- a world record. But he says it's not the world record that motivated him to climb it again; he did it to raise money for children in Nepal.
His charitable foundation helps give children in Nepal an education.
