(KSL News) The man charged with crashing into and killing members of the Ceran family has pleaded guilty.

Carlos Prieto pleaded guilty to three counts of automobile homicide. In exchange, prosecutors dismissed charges of drunk driving and driving without a license.

Prieto was driving on Christmas Eve when he hit the car carrying the Ceran family. Cheryl Ceran, who was pregnant, and two of her children died in the crash.

Sentencing is scheduled for May 14.
