It's trapster.com. Users can tell about speed traps they see around town.

One of those traps is near the corner of Amelia Earhart Drive and Admiral Byrd Road. "You can see cops hanging out, looking like they're waiting to bust somebody," a motorist named Brandon told us.

But he added, "There's a gallery over there where you can get pizza, burgers, anything you want. So, they could be there eating."

You can use Trapster on a GPS and Internet-enabled cell phone. Its founder says police actually don't mind the site since it gets people to slow down one way or the other.
