Rescue underway after Doughnut Falls fall

SALT LAKE CITY — A search and rescue is underway near Doughnut Falls in Big Cottonwood Canyon. According to Salt Lake County Sheriff, an adult male fell on Sunday afternoon and rescue crews are working to help the injured person. Police said the man slipped and fell approximately 10 feet. He had non-life-threatening injuries. According to Salt Lake County Sheriff's office, search and rescue are still trying to get the man safely out.
