(KSL News) Taylorsville police have a warning for children and their parents. Someone filed a report that a man exposed himself to a child in the area of Vista Elementary School and adjoining Vista Park.
Taylorsville police are investigating the report and ask people to call them with anything suspicious.
Here are some tips on how to stay safe and avoid a situation like this.
- Use the buddy system. Children should always be with at least one other person.
- Parents and children should chart a designated route the children take to and from school or any other activity.
- Also, they should agree on an expected arrival timed, so if kids are late, parents know to start looking for them.
