SALT LAKE CITY — A man died Monday afternoon in an industrial accident in Salt Lake City.

About 3 p.m., Salt Lake police and fire officials were called to the scene of the accident near 2300 North and 2200 West. When crews arrived, they confirmed that a man had died from his injuries.

Investigators, however, have not released details about the victim or the circumstances that led to the death.
