SANTAQUIN, Utah (AP) -- A vehicle that dropped buckets of nails caused a frenzy of flat tires on Interstate-15.
State highway workers were busy Tuesday night using a magnetic roller to pick up the nails.
No collisions or injuries were reported, but Utah Highway Patrol troopers say at least 26 vehicles got flat tires in rapid order.
One semitrailer got six flat tires all at once.
Troopers were out in force helping motorists change tires near milepost 244 on northbound lanes.
