(KSL News) A man convicted of perjury in connection with the disappearance of Spanish Fork teen Kiplyn Davis will not be getting a new trial.
Yesterday, a judge ruled against arguments that prosecutors withheld evidence that could have exonerated Christopher Jeppson during his trial.
Jeppson was found guilty of one count of perjury and three counts of making false statements last September. His lawyers claimed he was unaware his testimony was inconsistent with the statements made by others involved in the case.
Jeppson will be sentenced on Friday.
