How important is Michigan to Romney campaign?

Andrew Adams reportingIt's down to the final hours as voters will pick their presidential primary winners in Michigan. It's a very tight race between Mitt Romney and John McCain.

This primary means more to Mitt Romney than to anybody else. If he can't win in a place where his dad was governor, where can he win besides Utah? Don't know if he knows.

But he's not backing down, even on CNN this morning.

"Look, I'm not going to let four states decide for 50 states who the nominee should be," he said.

When asked if he was committing to staying in the race beyond Super Tuesday, he said, "I'll make all the decisions one by one. But I'm certainly going all the way through Feb. 5 and probably a lot longer."
