HOLLADAY, Utah (AP) -- Police have released the name of a former Mormon missionary accused in the sexual abuse of a young boy.
Police say the man is 20-year-old Kyle Saucier. He's charged with first-degree aggravated sexual abuse of a child.
Court documents say the alleged incident happened shortly after Saucier baptized a 12-year-old boy into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Court records say the boy and his mother went to the former missionary's home last December to deliver a Christmas present. But when the boy went to give Saucier a hug --- the boy told police he reached into his pants and touched him inappropriately.
If convicted --- Saucier faces up to 15 years in prison.
