(KSL News) Governor Huntsman signed the nation's first universal school choice bill into law today.
The legislation gives all families, particularly those in the middle- and low-income brackets, the opportunity to get their children the best education possible.
The bill also leaves more money in the public education system while reducing class size.
The signing marked the end of a seven-year battle to bring school choice into education reform.
