Turbin runs wild; Utah State beats Idaho 52-49

MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) -- Robert Turbin rushed for 124 yards and scored five times as Utah State defeated Idaho 52-49 on Saturday.

Turbin rushed for three touchdowns and caught passes for two more. His fifth TD, a 1-yard run after Utah State (4-8, 3-5 WAC) recovered an Idaho fumble, gave the Aggies a 52-42 lead with 8:46 remaining.

Diondre Borel threw for 369 yards and four touchdowns for Utah State.

Nathan Enderle, who completed 16 of 25 passes for 262 yards and three TDs for the Vandals (7-5, 4-4), went out with a shoulder injury early in the fourth quarter.

Backup QB Brian Reader hit Daniel Hardy for a touchdown to get Idaho within a field goal with 1:16 to play, but the Aggies recovered the onside kick.
