(KSL News) Utah's getting a second chance at a fourth House seat in Washington according to a report in the Deseret Morning News.
Because Congress didn't have time to act on the bill before the end of 2006, it was one of the first bills reintroduced in Tuesday's session.
If passed, it would give a House vote to the District of Columbia and add a seat to Utah.
There are a few minor changes to the bill, but many are optimistic it will pass.
