(KSL News) It didn't do much in Northern Utah, but residents of some Southern Utah towns are digging out from a big winter snowstorm.
The storm left more than a foot and a half of snow in areas like Cedar City, and tied up traffic trying to get north and south along Interstate 15 last night. Several accidents were reported, but no major injuries.
Cedar City's public works director, Rick Holman, tells KSL Newsradio this morning that the interstate is open, as is U-14 through Cedar Canyon. The airport is also cleared.
The storm is moving towards eastern Utah and Colorado.
