BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON -- Two teens got stuck on a ledge Wednesday while hiking in Big Cottonwood Canyon. It happened off the trail just below Lake Mary, near Brighton Ski Resort.

The 18-year-old boy and 17-year-old girl were hiking on rocks when the girl slipped and fell onto the ledge. The boy climbed down to help, but the two got stuck. They used their cell phone to call for help.

Rescuers were able to help them down, and both are said to be doing well.
