(KSL News) -- Santa paid a special visit to South Salt Lake today. A crowd enjoyed a breakfast while kids sat on St. Nick's lap to receive toys and candy canes.
Staff with the South Salt Lake parks and recreation department and some volunteers helped put the event together.
Tim Williams, Event Organizer: "It's just a wonderful event to bring everybody together."
Organizers say the event is pretty popular and they probably served around 600 meals.
