(KSL News) -- A group of Davis County parents have filed a lawsuit, trying to block the passage of new high school boundaries.
The parents claim they should have been allowed to weigh in on boundary changes before any decisions were made. Instead all meetings on the matter were closed to the public.
The parents want the 2nd district court to now prevent the school board from voting on the boundary changes at their next meeting, scheduled for a week from today.
