(KSL News) -- The driver of a bus that crashed on I-70 near Richfield is in trouble, not only for the accident but for not reporting it soon enough.
The bus rolled over when the driver said he braked to avoid an animal. Nine people were injured.
Instead of calling authorities immediately, officers say 49-year old Cacino Galvez arranged for a nearby bus with the same company to pull over and pick them up.
Officers found the second bus south of Cedar City. Both drivers are now charged with failure to report an accident with injuries and leaving the scene.
