(KSL News) -- Southern Utah University has a new president.
Utah's Board of Regents named Michael T. Benson as the 15th president. He is currently serving as president at Snow College.
Benson has a doctorate from the University of Oxford and a bachelors degree from BYU.
He will begin work as SUU's president in January 2007 and is replacing Steven Bennion, who retired in June.
