KANE COUNTY -- A 15-year-old boy has been located after missing for more than a day.
The teen was hiking with his older brother and some family friends in the Coyote Gulch area, north of Lake Powell, when he became separated from the group.
The boy told Kane County officials he headed toward the Escalante River, where he found some other campers.
He was taken to the Kane County hospital for observation, but appears to be in good health.
