(KSL News) A change of plea hearing this morning for the Democratic Party chairman in Summit County.

In June, Rob Weyher pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer.

Weyher was arrested in April near Kimball Junction.

A UHP trooper says he smelled alcohol on Weyher's breath, and when he gave Weyher a sobriety test Weyher became combative.
