(KSL News) -- In the Northeast part of the country they're saying the pumpkin crop looks pretty scary this Halloween season. They might have some puny pumpkins there, but that's not the case here!
The Utah Giant Pumpkin Growers had their annual Utah State Giant Pumpkin Weigh-off today in Woods Cross.
This was their first year to have a pumpkin weighing in over one-thousand pounds, and dozens of other entries topped the scales at over 700 pounds. The winning pumpkin came in at 1,104 pounds.
