(KSL News) Though the high school graduation rate in Utah stayed the same from 2007 to 2008, the rates among some minority groups took a dip.
The State Office of Education reports 88 percent of Utah seniors graduated last year. But only 69 percent of Latino students graduated, a three-percent drop from the year before.
Other groups affected included students learning English and Native American students.
