(KSL News) A Utah boy's science project on the weather has proven what our viewers have known for years: "That KSL 5 was better than the rest of ‘em."

That quote came from Columbia Elementary School fifth-grader Tanner Ellison, who wanted to see which television station had the most accurate weather forecast.
For two weeks, Tanner compared the predicted temperature to the actual temperature. The station with the closest score won.
When we asked him what he learned, he said, "That maybe I should check Channel 5 instead of …"
We won't finish that sentence. Thanks for the research, Tanner.
