A Utah County doctor and registered nurse are facing federal charges of aggravated identity theft.
The U.S. Attorneys Office says Martin MacNeill and Gypsy Jillian Willis tried to use a Social Security number to obtain identification cards from the military, Zions Bank and from the state.
If convicted, the two could face up to 40 years in prison.
According to the Daily Herald, MacNeill is a former clinical director of the Utah State Developmental Center in American Fork.
