OGDEN — A teen wanted in connection with a shooting in Ogden was arrested Saturday.

Isaias Emanuel Carranza, 16, who was charged with aggravated murder in the killing of a Ben Lomond High School student on Wednesday, was taken into custody by law enforcement early Saturday, according to a press release from the Ogden Police Department.

No further details about the arrest were given, to "preserve the integrity of the ongoing investigation," and they will be released "when it is appropriate to do so," the release said.

"We appreciate the public's understanding and patience as we work to uphold the highest standards of justice and investigative integrity," the release concluded.
