ST. GEORGE — Since the beginning of February, a YouTube family opened not one but three businesses inside Red Cliffs Mall, turning their personal journey into something bigger than business.
The St. George couple running the businesses, Tiffany and Benji Nelson, have seen significant traction online, gaining 4.47 million subscribers for their YouTube channel "Not Enough Nelsons," where they share their adventures of raising 16 children — seven biological and nine adopted; some were adopted from Russia and others through foster care.
On Monday, fans had the chance to connect with the Nelsons in St. George during a special meet-and-great following the opening of their three stores at the Red Cliffs Mall. The Nelsons held a grand opening at Red Cliffs Mall for Hot Dog on a Stick on Feb. 1, followed by Sixteen Soda and Sweets and the clothing store Sixteen by JustKass & NEN on Valentine's Day.
For Tiffany Nelson, opening Hot Dog on a Stick is more than just a business venture; it's a heartfelt tribute to her mom who is battling terminal cancer. As a child, she and her mother cherished their mommy-daughter dates, often spending time at the mall, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
