SOUTH SALT LAKE — Two people were taken to the hospital following a three-vehicle crash involving a South Salt Lake police officer Monday morning, according to police.
The collision occurred at 210 W. 3900 South, according to South Salt Lake police detective Ryan Alvarez. Drivers from two of the vehicles — a man in his 60s or 70s and another man in his 20s or 30s — were both taken to the hospital, Alvarez said.
The officer was stopped at the light at the time of the collision and was not injured.
The Utah Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
