PROVO — Provo police are offering a reward for any information about a hit-and-run that killed a 21-year-old woman in December.

Provo police said Isabelle Parr was struck and killed while jogging near 820 N. 800 West on Dec. 1, 2022. The vehicle did not stop and it's unknown whether the driver knew they struck Parr, police said.

"Detectives have worked tirelessly to follow up on all leads received, but we are unable to identify and locate two vehicles recorded on camera footage, in the area at the time of the collision. We are looking for the drivers of a blue crossover SUV, and a dark four-door pickup truck," Provo police said on social media.

Provo police are offering $20,000 for "information that leads to the identification, arrest and prosecution of the person who failed to stop."

Tips can be submitted by calling 801-852-6210 or email csmith@provo.org.

"Your tip could be the crucial information needed to solve this tragic case," the police said.
