PRICE — A semitruck crash near Price has shut down U.S. 6 Friday evening.
Utah Highway Patrol's Sgt. Chris Bishop said the semitruck was the only vehicle involved in the crash that occurred on the highway near Price around 5:30 p.m. The truck blocked several lanes of traffic at mile marker 243, near the state Route 55 exit, prompting police to shut down the road in both directions.
Bishop said there were no injuries in the crash and the cause of the wreck was under investigation. There is no estimated time for the road to reopen.
