Silver Alert canceled for endangered 65-year-old South Salt Lake man

SOUTH SALT LAKE — The Silver Alert for an endangered 65-year-old man with dementia and a traumatic brain injury was canceled Tuesday.

Mark Eugene Hudgins went missing from his home in South Salt Lake last Saturday, police said.

Hudgins has gone missing before, and South Salt Lake police asked the public for assistance finding Hudgins who has been known to walk the neighborhood.

No further information was given regarding why the alert was canceled.
