SOUTH SALT LAKE — South Salt Lake police are still asking for help to find a 64-year-old missing man, as well as a man they say is traveling with him.
A silver alert was activated Friday for Mark Eugene Hudgins, who is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 150 pounds with grey/white hair, a shaved head and long beard. He is said to have blue eyes and a tattoo on his upper left arm, as well as forearm tattoos.
Police say he is considered to have special needs, having diabetes, hypothyroidism and traumatic brain injury, and he may also be disoriented.
About 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 18, Hudgins withdrew money from a credit union account near 500 South Foothill Boulevard, police said Tuesday. He was traveling with another man at that time, police said.
In a photo released by police, the man appears to have medium-length brown hair and is wearing black glasses and an orange jacket. Police believe the pair were traveling in a red Honda Pilot, manufactured between 2009 and 2015.
"We know the photo is poor quality, but it is the best we have," South Salt Lake police spokeswoman Danielle Croyle said in a statement. "We need help identifying this individual. ... We want to verify the welfare of Mark. Mark is still considered endangered."

Hudgins was last seen Dec. 18 around 5 p.m. at the Grace Mary Manor apartment complex on 19 West and Gregson Avenue in South Salt Lake.
Officials say Hudgins does not have a cell phone, did not take a coat or proper shoes for the current weather conditions, and did not bring his medication with him.
Those with any information on Hudgins' location are asked to contact South Salt Lake Police at 801-840-4000 or your local law enforcement agency.
