WEST HAVEN, Weber County — Police have identified a Clearfield man who was killed in a crash in Weber County.

The crash occurred Friday morning when two small cars and a large concrete pump truck collided near the intersection of 3300 S. Midland Drive and 1900 West in West Haven, police said.

Guy Tannehill, 48, died at the scene and a woman was taken to a hospital for minor injuries.

"Our hearts go out to the families of those involved," West Haven city officials said in a statement.

City officials said residents have expressed concern about another intersection in the area of the crash. The crash was not directly caused by that intersection — 3300 South and Midland Drive — but the city is "working together to change the Midland/1900 West intersection to feature a double left turn to the north on 1900 West," according to the statement.

"The city is working towards improvements across the board to our transportation network," officials added.

The cause of the crash has not been released.
