(KSL News) After 13 years in prison, a convicted murderer will get her first chance at freedom.
Tonya Vosburgh was convicted of setting fire to an 18-year-old disabled woman-- Bobbi Jo Womack.
Womack was under Vosburgh's care at the time.
Vosburgh and her husband took out a $100-thousand insurance policy on Womack and named themselves as the beneficiaries. Then they burned her to death.
Vosburgh was found guilty of manslaughter and insurance fraud.
The parole hearing is scheduled for 10:00 this morning at the Utah State Prison.
