SALT LAKE CITY — Here are the latest coronavirus-related updates from Utah and around the world.
U.S. stock markets plunged significantly Monday morning, and a Utah hospital system enacted tight visitor restrictions as global awareness of COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus, continues.
Meanwhile, the Davis County resident who was diagnosed with COVID-19 last week attended Brigham Young University's basketball game against Gonzaga last month, officials said.
