(KSL News) The woman accused of setting numerous fires in her Ogden neighborhood has been ordered to undergo a mental evaluation.
Marianne Mancuso faces charges of arson in connection with fires set in the area of Kiesel Avenue and 18th Street.
Police say she admitted to starting the fires in order to jump-start a multi-million dollar redevelopment project planned for her neighborhood.
