LAYTON — A man was killed Thursday evening in a shooting in Layton, police said.

About 6:45 p.m., a man called 911 and reported he'd shot somebody at his home near 300 West Park St., Layton police said. When officers arrived, they found a man, 35, with at least two gunshot wounds.

He was taken to a hospital where he later died.
