(KSL News) Eleven more children have been dropped from court oversight in the ongoing FLDS custody case in Texas.
The children were dropped due to a number of issues including no evidence of abuse or the parents taking appropriate steps to protect the child from harm.
According to the Deseret News, that brings the number of children still in state oversight to 315.
More than 460 children were taken from the FLDS compound in Eldorado, Texas in April due to allegations of child abuse.
All but two have been returned to their parents.
