Utah's congressional delegation in the House of Representatives was split on the $700 billion Wall Street rescue package. Democratic Congressman Jim Matheson voted against it, so did Republican Representative Rob Bishop.
Matheson said he wanted a proposal on how to "calm the credit crisis." Bishop told KSL Newsradio the bailout bill needed some "tweaking."
