A Tooele mother is expected to make another court appearance today on charges that she used her car to attack her son.
Witnesses say the mother, Alicia Blood, and her 16-year-old son were arguing at a Tooele skate park last Tuesday when she hit him in the head with his skateboard.
They called police when they say the teen tried to leave and the mother got into her car, drove over the curb and chased the boy across the grass.
Police say she hit the boy with her car, got out and yelled at him again, then drove away.
The boy had minor injuries. The mother is charged with aggravated assault and child abuse.
