(KSL News) -- A fire in Midvale has left 13 people without a home this afternoon.
The two-story building has commercial space on the bottom with apartments above them. The fire started on the first floor in a utility room.
Crews were able to contain the fire to the first floor for the most part, but the significant damage to the utility room could keep residents out of their apartments for awhile.
Damage to the building is estimated at at least $30 thousand. Crews have not determined a cause.
