(KSL News) -- A fire has caused serious damage to a historic LDS chapel in Springville.
Police say vandals started a fire on the stage and it spread up to the attic.
They had also ripped pictures off the walls, broke desks, punched holes in doors and walls and they even sprayed some areas with fire extinguishers.
Early damage estimates are at about 200-thousand dollars.
Police say they've collected a lot of evidence, but they have no leads or suspects yet.
Another fire completely gutted a Salt Lake City home. The house had been vacant for about six months and investigators believe someone intentionally set the fire.
Damage is estimated at around 125-thousand dollars.
