SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The funeral has been set for a Brigham Young University student who died last month in a hiking accident in Peru.
Authorities say 24-year-old Brennan John Larson and two of his friends were killed on June 27th after they fell in the Cordillera Blanca Mountains.
Larson was expected to graduate from BYU this December. He was majoring in geology.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday at 11 am in Vacaville, California. The funeral will then follow at noon.
