Randall Jeppesen reportingA young woman who says a married couple forced her to have sex with them will have to wait to tell her story.
A Lehi couple, Brett and Jennifer MacArthur, both face charges of sexual misconduct with a girl court papers say was 16 or 17 years old at the time of the allegations.
Outside the courtroom, the victim told KSL Newsradio the male suspect was trying to convince her to be a second wife. "I thought that I loved him, but I was naive and was looking for affection and attention," she said.
In court, the suspects waived the preliminary hearing, so they haven't yet argued against the charges, and they asked for a few more weeks to consider a plea deal.
