(KSL News) -- Utah County prosecuters filed third-degree felony charges against two men accused of killing 13 deer in Diamond Fork Canyon last year.

On April 9, 2005 thirteen deer were shot and left to rot.

The Division of Wildlife received several tips on its poaching hotline that eventually lead authorities to Cory Brown and Kevin Cloward.

Brown and Cloward are both charged with wanton destruction of wildlife.
