Andrew Adams reportingThere's a new allegation facing the Salt Lake County District Attorney.

This time the claim is that Lohra Miller was practicing law out of her home in West Jordan, then her home in South Jordan, then in an office on Redwood Road, all without a license.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports it confirmed this through city documents and Utah State Bar records. The paper acknowledges it was tipped off by the same private investigator that released to the media information alleging parties and alcohol use at Miller's home.

Miller acknowledges to the Salt Lake Tribune that she may have made a mistake. She has called the previous allegations "distorted" and "politically motivated."
